Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute control over your email box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can create a new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward email messages from one e-mail account to another, activate e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your email accounts against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming e-mails based on certain criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Just select the mailbox you wish to forward mails from, then choose the target e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
